Align Symbols Along Path

Used to place symbol at the nearest end of selected door (arc) and aligns automatically to doors.

Accessed from:

Ribbon: Building Design > Electrical > Symbols > Align Symbols > Along Path

Opens the Place Symbol Along Path dialog.

Setting	Description
Symbol > Select	Opens the Symbol Manager dialog. Select symbol to place. Symbol is shown as in preview box.
Base point symbol	Symbol base point can be selected from available 9 options.
Cell insertion point	Select Cell insertion point as symbol base point, in place of base point selection.
Height	Enter symbol height manually. Select - Opens the Select Installation Height dialog. Select height.
Angle	Select symbol angle. Options available: 0 degrees 90 degrees 180 degrees 270 degrees
Options	Min Offset Start \| Min Offset End \| Offset Symbols — Set offset symbol for start, end and between symbols. Per Segment — Select segment to place symbols with defined options per segment. Reverse — Select reverse to set start on opposite side of line.
> Preview	Shows preview of symbol in the drawing with selected settings. The dialog disappears momentarily. Click in the view to return to the Place Symbol Along Path dialog.
> CAD	Inserts symbol arrangement in drawing into drawing, along the selected path.
Cancel	Closes the dialog.
